The owners purchased this property because of the unique ocean frontage. The 7300 square-foot French contemporary home was severely out of date and the owners had a vision of a much more clean lined contemporary style luxury beach front home capable of accommodating a very large family and circle of friends.

When they were purchasing the home they brought in J S Perry & Co for the initial budgeting and costing advice to help make decisions during the process. They later went on to explore other known high-end coastal contractors, to later return to Steve Perry and J S Perry & Co.

Masterpiece Design from Orlando was utilized for interior design services and together the home was transformed inside and out to meet the owners' discriminating design and quality requirements.
